You know what I love about smoothies? They are an incredibly convenient way to load up on nutrients like fruits, veggies, and proteins. When you’re in a rush, it’s hard to get motivated to make a nutritionally sound meal, but these smoothie recipes leave you with no excuse! With only 3 ingredients, take a quick minute to invest in yourself, throw the ingredients in the blender with some ice and water, and enjoy!

Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen cherries

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Smoothie

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ½ frozen banana

  • 1 tsp butter extract (sub vanilla extract if necessary)

  • 2.5 cups cubed watermelon, chilled
  • ¼ cup coconut water, chilled
  • 2 large, fresh basil leaves

    Thank you Coach Dar, this are some great any very simple smoothie ideas! Love them, I start off doing well with them and them I think I start making more work out of making them if you know what I mean!
    Got to get my physical body working right to help me mind know I can get past all this pain I’m fighting!
